Thank you for choosing La Chas Place for your upcoming event.

To help provide a safe, enjoyable, and exceptional experience for all guests, we ask that all clients review and acknowledge the following venue policies prior to their event.

Please acknowledge that you have read and understand each of the following policies.

General Policies

I understand that my reservation is not confirmed until all required agreements have been completed and my reservation has been approved.

I understand that I am responsible for the conduct of my guests, vendors, and anyone attending my event.

I agree to comply with all local, state, and federal laws while using the venue.

Guest Capacity

I understand that guest attendance may not exceed the venue's approved occupancy limits.

Event Times

I understand that my event, including setup and cleanup, must occur within my contracted rental period unless additional time has been approved.

Venue Care

I agree to leave the venue in the same general condition in which it was received.

I understand that I am financially responsible for damage caused by myself, my guests, or my vendors beyond normal wear and tear.

Decorations

I understand that decorations may not be attached to walls, ceilings, windows, doors, lighting fixtures, or furniture without prior approval.

I understand that glitter, confetti, nails, staples, permanent adhesives, smoke machines, pyrotechnics, and unauthorized open flames are prohibited.

Furniture & Equipment

I agree not to move venue furniture or operate venue audiovisual equipment without prior approval.

Food & Beverage

I understand that all outside caterers and food service providers must comply with venue requirements.

Alcohol

I understand that alcohol service must comply with all applicable Florida laws and La Chas Place policies.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for ensuring alcohol is served responsibly and only through approved service providers when required.

Entertainment

I understand that entertainment must comply with venue rules and applicable local noise regulations.

Children

I understand that children attending my event must remain under adult supervision at all times.

Smoking

I understand that smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

Parking

I understand that guests must park only in designated parking areas and respect neighboring businesses.

Vendors

I understand that all outside vendors must register with La Chas Place prior to my event.

Cleanup

I agree to remove all personal belongings, decorations, and vendor materials at the conclusion of my event unless other arrangements have been approved.

Prohibited Activities

I understand that illegal drugs, unlawful weapons, disorderly conduct, vandalism, and any unlawful activity are strictly prohibited.

Lost or Stolen Property

I understand that La Chas Place is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Policy Updates

I understand that venue policies may be updated periodically and that the policies in effect at the time of my event will apply.

I understand that failure to follow these policies may result in additional fees, loss of my security deposit (if applicable), or termination of my event if necessary to protect the safety of guests, staff, or the venue.
