We host a variety of private and professional events, including weddings, receptions, birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, retirement celebrations, corporate meetings, networking events, nonprofit fundraisers, workshops, holiday parties, and more.

 

How many guests can your venue accommodate?

La Chas Place is a boutique venue designed for intimate gatherings up to 80 people. Capacity varies depending on your event layout and seating style. Contact us to discuss the best setup for your event.

Booking & Reservations

How do I reserve the venue?

You can request a tour or submit an inquiry through our website. Once we've discussed your event details and availability, we'll provide a proposal and rental agreement.

 

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and holiday dates, as availability fills quickly.

 

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due before your event according to your rental agreement.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, ACH payments, and other approved payment methods.

 

Venue & Amenities

What is included with my rental?

Rental packages vary, but may include tables, chairs, setup time, access to audiovisual equipment, five Smart TVs, a motorized projector and screen, Wi-Fi, and use of the lounge and bar area.

 

Do you provide tables and chairs?

Yes. We offer tables and chairs as part of many of our rental packages.

 

Can we decorate the venue?

Absolutely! You're welcome to personalize the space. We'll provide decorating guidelines to ensure the venue remains in excellent condition.

 

Do you provide linens and décor?

We can recommend trusted local vendors or include décor enhancements through select event packages.

 

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue.

 

Can we use your TVs and projector?

Yes! Our venue features five large-screen TVs and a motorized projector that can be used for presentations, slideshows, videos, branding, or entertainment.

 

Food & Beverage

Can I bring my own caterer?

Yes. You may use one of our preferred catering partners or request approval for your own licensed caterer.

Do you provide bartending services?

We partner with licensed bartending professionals and licensed alcohol vendors for events where alcohol service is requested.
